En este curso he leído un reciente trabajo tuyo en la página de internet de "Reforma Penal Internacional" y he vuelto a acudir al libro que editaste en 1998 Contradicciones entre Derecho y Control Social. ¿Es posible una vinculación entre estos conceptos, tal como parece pretenderlo un cierto funcionalismo jurídico? Además de releer tu participación en él, "¿De cuál Derecho y de qué control social se habla?", ante el protagonismo que se ha atribuido a "lo penal" en la así llamada, hasta hace muy poco, "violencia doméstica", me interesaba que estudiantes preocupadas y preocupados por estas agresiones leyesen, ¡oh sorpresa!, los trabajos de G.
