Earlier this year, we launched a comments feature for readers of Trade Forum online. You can use it to send reactions to specific articles, contact authors or share information on related topics or events you are organizing.

We set up the comments feature as part of our commitment to make the magazine a true "forum" for exchange, using the technological possibilities of the Internet to bring new voices into the debate.

Between 100,000 and 200,000 people from all over the world visit the site every month, looking for news and analysis of trade development issues. By posting a comment on an issue that interests you, you can tap into this broad network of trade development professionals, academics and government and business leaders.

We expected to hear from you about articles featured on the home page, such as fair trade or advocacy for trade talks. We found that readers are also consulting and commenting on earlier stories, from silk markets to new ways to help poor communities through trade.
