The modernity calls for the creation of a legal model that could not only adequately reect the

processes that are taking place in the aerospace industry, but also to develop eective mechanisms for

ensuring the safety of aerospace activities. One of the most important areas of study and scientic safety

of ight safety is the study of the problem of aerospace risks. The justication of the existing categories

of aerospace risks will determine the models for ensuring the safety of ights of aerospace transport and

preserving the life and health of members of aerospace transport, passengers and baggage, as well as

the loss of the transport itself. The purpose of the study is to study the analysis of existing developments

in the eld of aerospace research in the international organization of safety of aerospace transport, to

improve the concept of “aerospace risk” in the activities of aerospace carriers, to determine the nature

of the tendencies of risk transformation, depending on the type of ight task

Сучасність актуалізує необхідність створення правової моделі, яка могла б не тільки

адекватно відобразити процеси, що формуються в аерокосмічній галузі, а виробити дієві

механізми забезпечення безпеки аерокосмічної діяльності. Одним із актуальних напрямів

вивчення та наукового забезпечення безпеки польотів є вивчення проблеми аерокосмічних

ризиків. Обґрунтування наявних категорій аерокосмічних ризиків дозволить визначити моделі

забезпечення безпеки польотів аерокосмічного транспорту та збереження життя та здоров’я

членів аерокосмічного транспорту, пасажирів та багажу, а також втрати самого транспорту.

Мета дослідження полягає в тому, щоб на основі вивчення й аналізу існуючих розробок у галузі
