In the paper, the author examines the administrative and legal status of subjects of public

administration in the sphere of ensuring the circulation and use of weapons in Ukraine, including space

weapons. Under the space weapon, the author understands not only weapons that can attack space

systems in orbit, attack targets from outer space or disconnect space-borne rockets, but also those

weapons developed on technology working exclusively for space and research. Such weapons have

greater operational eciency and sensitivity.
