The discovery of space for research and use has had a signicant impact on society. In its activities,
the person has ceased to be limited to planetary scale, and began to project its future in the cosmos. There
was a need for the development and improvement of legislation regulating human activity in space. In
particular, the regulation of condentiality in nancial relations between private enterprises operating
in space, as well as in intergovernmental nancial relations. In the paper, the author examines the
experience of condentiality regulation in intergovernmental nancial relations of the leading countries
of the world. The results will serve as the basis for improving the relevant provisions of space law.
