Sco Countries Agree on Creation of Energy Club

Several members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization together with observer countries and partners of the organization have agreed to create an energy club that will allow to discuss issues of energy sector, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported citing Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Anatoly Yanovsky. According to him, a memorandum was signed by representatives of Afghanistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, India, Tajikistan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and Russia.
