Presentar esta publicación sobre La profesionalización de la Función Pública en Iberoamérica supone para mí un motivo de profunda satisfacción, ya que significa profundizar aún más en la clara vocación ibero-americana que el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública de España posee desde hace ya tantos años.
Por otra parte, la publicación de estos estudios supone dar cumplimiento al mandato estatutario que convierte al INAP en una institución volcada en el estudio científico sobre todas aquellas materias referidas a la Administración Pública desde una perspectiva plural.
