Patients Arrive At China's New Hospital As Death Toll Reaches 425

AKIPRESS.COM - The first patients have arrived at a 1,000-bed hospital built in eight days as part of China's efforts to fight the coronavirus, according to state media.

The total number of deaths in China has risen to 425, China's National Health Commission has said, with 20,438 confirmed cases overall. There had been a further 2,345 cases detected in Hubei, the epicentre of the outbreak, taking the total in the province to 13,522.
