LA ONU Y ANNAN,
NOBEL DE LA PAZ
El Comité Nobel noruego, no ha podido ser mas oportuno y acertado este año, que se cumplen 100 de los premios Nobel, y en medio del cambio de escenario internacional que se ha producido tras los atentados del pasado 11 de septiembre, otorgando el premio Nobel de la Paz a la ONU, como organización intergubernamental mundial, y a su Secretario General, Kofi Annan.
En primer lugar, porque pone de relieve que es en el marco de Naciones Unidas donde hay que dar respuesta a la resolución de los asuntos globales, sean de seguridad, de medio ambiente, de salud, económico sociales o de derechos humanos.
En segundo lugar, porque, es también en el marco de Naciones Unidas donde hay que encontrar la respuesta a los conflictos bilaterales, y al terrorismo transnacional, y donde los EEUU y aliados han de ponderar la legitima...
