Older Women In Australia Report Age Bias In Employment

Female Australians over the age of 45 have reported widespread age discrimination in employment, according to Diversity Council Australia (“DCA”). Said researcher Dr. Roger Wilkins: “Many Australians feel they've been treated unfairly in the workplace. Age discrimination is the most common experience, which perhaps shouldn't be surprising given Australia's ageing population.”
