La Secretaría General de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) y la ONG brasileña Viva Rio firmaron hoy un Memorando de Entendimiento para promover la inclusión social, ampliar las oportunidades económicas y fomentar vías hacia la estabilidad para jóvenes y mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad afectados por la violencia y la exclusión social. A través de esta alianza, las organizaciones brindarán apoyo psicosocial, capacitación profesional, oportunidades de medios de vida y asistencia comunitaria para ayudar a los participantes a construir futuros más seguros y productivos.
