Kelly Shea Delvac is a 2021 Juris Doctor candidate at Pepperdine Law,
with a Bachelor of Arts from omas Edison State University. She
currently resides in Encino, California, U.S.A and plans on practicing
criminal appellate law with an emphasis on exonerating the wrongly
convicted.
Khagesh Gautam is an S.J.D. Candidate (Maurer School of Law, Indi-
ana University Bloomington); Stone Scholar, LL.M. (Columbia), LL.B.
(Delhi); Associate Professor of Law, Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jin-
dal Global University, Sonipat, India.
Prior to his position at Ave Maria Law School, Kevin H. Govern began
his legal career as an Army Judge Advocate, serving 20 years at every
echelon during peacetime and war in worldwide assignments involving
every legal discipline. He has also served as an Assistant Professor of
Law at the United States Military Academy and has taught at Califor-
nia University of Pennsylvania and John Jay College of Criminal Jus-
tice. He has published widely and spoken frequently on international
and comparative law, national security and homeland security, cyber
security and cyber defense, military operations, law and religion, and
professional ethics.
Pranoto Iskandar is the founding director of the Institute for Migrant
Rights, Cianjur—Indonesia. Currently, he is co-directing the Cornell
Comparative Farmworker Project. In addition to his role as founding
editor of the Indonesian Journal of International & Comparative Law,
he also serves at the editorial board of the International Journal of Mi-
gration and Border Studies and an expert member of the advisory edi-
torial board of Border and Migration Studies Online. Previously, he was
an O’Brien Fellow in Residence at McGill Centre for Human Rights
and Legal Pluralism, the Inaugural Fellow at the Institute of Asia and
Pacic Studies at Nottingham University’s Malaysia Campus, and Vis-
iting Scholar at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, University of
Oslo. He has delivered lectures in many universities, including Peking
University School of Transnational Law and Monash University Malay-
sia’s School of Arts and Social Sciences.
