NOTES ON CONTRIBUTORS

Prof. (Dr.) Sandeepa Bhat B. is working as a Professor of Law and

Director of the Centre for Aviation and Space Laws at the National

University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He has the teaching and

research experience of over twenty years aer completing his master

degree with rst rank and double gold medals in 2003. He holds the

unique feet of being the rst Indian to be inducted as the UNIDROIT

Correspondent for India. Dr. Bhat has published four books on Space

Law (out of total nine) and more than sixty articles in journals of

international and national repute. He is the recipient of the inaugural

Sachdeva Award for Space Law in recognition of his outstanding

contribution. He has presented over 150 research papers in the

international and national conferences. He also has the distinction of

being a member of the Expert Group for draing the National Space

Act for India.

Rohit Gupta is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute for International

Peace and Security Law at the University of Cologne and a Fellow at the

Centre for International Law Research and Policy. He holds an LL.M.

(International Law) (summa cum laude) from the Geneva Graduate

Institute, and a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from the National University of

Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, receiving a gold medal in 2023.

Doosu Kim is a Research Professor at Hankuk University of Foreign

Studies, Republic of Korea. He received his Ph.D. in Law from Hankuk

University of Foreign Studies and specializes in European Union law,

international law, international environmental law, and East Asian

economic integration. He has taught and conducted research at

several Korean universities and has participated in academic activities

including the Hague Academy of International Law.

Tae Jung (TJ) Park is an Associate Professor at KAIST (Korea

Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) specializing in

international economic law, digital trade, international investment law,

and law and development. He previously served as a legal advisor and

trade negotiator for the Korean government and practiced at Kim &

Chang, where he worked on international arbitration, trade regulation,

sanctions, and investment disputes. Professor Park holds an S.J.D. from

the University of Virginia School of Law, an LL.M. from Northwestern
