La presente obra se terminó de escribir en mayo de 2016. Desde en-
tonces, se ha tratado de introducir todas las novedades jurisprudenciales y
doctrinales relevantes para el objeto de esta publicación. Por razones obvias,
no siempre se ha podido profundizar en ellas hasta agotar lo que plantean
para el Derecho penal.
Invito a los lectores a que se sumerjan en el estudio de la responsabilidad
penal corporativa que, por el momento, se muestra tan apasionante... como
inagotable.
