La Misión Especial de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) para el Fortalecimiento de la Institucionalidad Democrática en Guatemala toma nota con preocupación del amparo provisional otorgado por la Sala Sexta de lo Contencioso Administrativo, que ordena al Colegio de Abogados y Notarios de Guatemala (CANG) limitar la participación exclusivamente a quienes cuentan con título de abogado, en el marco del proceso de elección de magistrada/o titular y suplente de la Corte de Constitucionalidad (CC) por parte del CANG, convocado para el 4 de febrero de 2026.
