La Misión Especial de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) para el Fortalecimiento de la Institucionalidad Democrática en Guatemala llama a la Corte de Constitucionalidad (CC) a asegurar la ejecución inmediata y efectiva de la sentencia dictada el 13 de febrero de 2025, mediante la cual la CC confirmó un amparo que ordena al Consejo Superior Universitario (CSU) de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala (USAC) convocar, de forma urgente y dentro del plazo de cinco días de estar firme el fallo, a la elección de los integrantes del CSU cuyo período en el ejercicio del cargo para el cual fueron electos haya vencido.
