Las reformas del FMI y del BM están paradas, pese a los nuevos poderes que la reunión de primavera de este año, ha dado al Fondo, en materia comercio internacional y de ajuste de paridades monetarias. La Unión Europea en cualquier caso parece discrepar y oponerse a que los ajustes de paridad de las principales monedas mundiales sea por vía de acuerdos, al estilo de los del Plaza y no por vía del mercado.
