Kazakhstan Bars Boeing 737 Max Plane From Flying

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan has suspended commercial operation of Boeing 737 Max plane, the Civil Aviation Committee said.

The decision comes after an Ethiopian Airlines Max 8 crashed on Sunday, killing all 157 people on board. There is only 1 plane of this model in Kazakhstan, aviation authorities said.

SCAT airline said no faults in its plane's operation were observed. China, Indonesia, UK, EU, Mongolia and other countries also temporarily barred 737 Max from flying.
