Aims and Scope: Ratio Juris is an international journal of jurisprudence offering a cross-cul-

tural forum within which to share and develop philosophical ideas about law and tackle a

broad range of issues in legal philosophy and in the disciplines with which legal philosophers

engage. We welcome scholars from all backgrounds and traditions—legal, philosophical, po-

litical, cultural, and linguistic—so as to make it possible to bring new insights to each problem

by viewing it from different angles.
