Institute of Business Ombudsperson Established in Uzbekistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Institute of Commissioner on protection of rights and interests of entrepreneurs under the President was established in Uzbekistan, UzDaily reported citing the decree of the President of Uzbekistan.

Institute will help introduce new mechanisms of efficient dialogue between business entities and state bodies, create additional guarantees of state protection of rights and interests of entrepreneurs.According to the decree, the Commissioner will participate in formation and realization of the state policy in the sphere.

Commissioner will provide legal assistance to business entities during inspection of their activities. Commissioner will study norms and requirements of the legislation on guarantees of entrepreneurship freedom.
