La 56ª Asamblea General de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) inicia hoy en Panamá, a invitación del país. Esta es la tercera vez que una Asamblea General de la Organización tiene lugar en el país centroamericano. Las anteriores fueron en 1996 y en 2007.
