Resumen: El presente trabajo versa s obre el poder de la me moria en

la ley, es decir, la importancia que tiene par a cada individuo la búsqueda

de la memori a histórica, la mem oria de sus antepas ados. En particula r,

se anal izarán dos fenómenos : el testim onio y el te stamento c omo una

herramienta para la reconstrucción de la memoria (histórica).

Abstract: This paper deals with the power of memory i n law, in other

words, the importance of historical memory to each individual, the memory

of their ances tors. In particular, tw o phenomena will be anal yzed: testi-

mony and wi ll as a tool for the reconstruction of the (historical) memory.
