Determina INAI reanudar plazos para que instituciones con actividades esenciales durante cuarentena atiendan solicitudes
Comunicado INAI/137/20 de 1 de mayo de 2020 emitido por el Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI).
El INAI determinó, por unanimidad, reanudar los plazos para la atención de solicitudes de información y de protección de datos personales por parte de los sujetos obligados que se mantienen en funciones durante la contingencia y desarrollan las actividades esenciales precisadas por la Secretaría de Salud.
Se amplía hasta el 30 de mayo el periodo de suspensión de términos y plazos para atender las solicitudes, los recursos de revisión, de inconformidad y de atracción, así como los procedimientos de verificación, denuncias y sanciones para los sujetos obligados, cuyas actividades son consideradas por la autoridad sanitaria como no esenciales.
