Dejan sin efecto día no laborable de 2020

El día de hoy, 2 de octubre de 2020, se ha publicado el Decreto Supremo 161-2020-PCM, Decreto Supremo que modifica el artículo 1 del Decreto Supremo 197-2019-PCM. En ese sentido, se ha dispuesto dejar sin efecto el día 9 de octubre de 2020 como día no laborable para los trabajadores del sector público durante el 2020.
Los efectos de esta disposición son los siguientes:

El trabajo que se realice el día 9 de octubre de 2020 podrá compensarse con la licencia con goce de haber que el trabajador hubiera gozado durante el Estado de Emergencia.

En caso el empleador disponga que el trabajador no labore el día 9 de octubre de 2020, dicho día de descanso deberá ser compensado con un día de labores.
-
El día 9 de octubre de 2020 será considerado un día hábil para efectos del cómputo de plazos administrativos y judiciales.
