CORRECTION

In an article (Bonini & Lagasio, 2022) titled “Board meetings dynamics

and information diffusion”by Stefano Bonini and Valentina Lagasio,

there was an error on page 99, paragraph 3.1.

The correct sentence is shown below:

In this paper, we exploit a unique feature of the Italian regulation

that requires mandatory publication of board meeting minutes if

the item discussed is “price sensitive”(Art. 114 of the Financial

Markets Act3).

The authors apologize for the error.
