El Consejo Permanente de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) celebrará una sesión extraordinaria el día de mañana miércoles 12 de febrero, a solicitud de la Misión Permanente de Colombia, para considerar los hechos terroristas perpetrados recientemente en ese país.
La Delegación de Colombia estará presidida por el Vicepresidente de la República, doctor Francisco Santos.
