En una reunión bilateral celebrada en el marco del Foro Económico Internacional de CAF, el presidente ejecutivo Sergio Díaz-Granados y el Secretario General de la OEA, Albert R. Ramdin, anunciaron la puesta en marcha del Observatorio Regional sobre Crimen Organizado y Mercados Ilícitos y el apoyo al Programa de Tarjetas de Identificación Nacional de Haití.
El presidente ejecutivo de CAF —banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe—, Sergio Díaz-Granados, y el Secretario General de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA), Albert R.
