La Conferencia Especial de Alto Nivel sobre Seguridad Hemisférica programada originalmente para el mes de mayo en México, fue aplazada hasta el último trimestre del año. La fecha exacta será determinada, “tomando en consideración la de la Cumbre Especial de las Américas”.
