The Federative Republic of Brazil is a progressive country that meets international standards of

space law, has the necessary natural conditions for space exploration (lies near the equator and around

the ocean) and seeks to develop international mechanisms for cooperation in the peaceful uses of outer

space. In this regard, the experience of the Federal Republic of Brazil in legal support of outer space

activities is a hotly debated issue among the states that develop the space industry.
