Taking no te of the s tatement by the Director General of the Agency, in wh ich he

provid ed additiona l informa tion on the main developm ents in the activitie s of the

Agency during 2024,

Recog nizin g th e importa nce of th e work of the Agency,

Recog nizing also t he coo peration between the United Nations and the Agency

and the Agreem ent governing the relat ionship between the Unite d Nat ions and t he

Agency as approved by the Gen eral C onference of the Agency on 23 Octob er 195 7

and by t he General Assem bly in the anne x to its resolut ion 1145 (XII ) of 14 No vember

1957,

1. Takes note w ith appreciat ion of the report of the Int ernational Atomi c

Energy Agenc y;
