("Complainant" or "Innotek"), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, with its principal place of business located at Garrett, Indiana, USA. Respondent is Sierra Innotek, Inc., ("Respondent" or "Sierra"), located at Cameron Park, California, USA. 2.The Domain Name and Registrar The domain name at issue is (the "Domain Name"). The registrar is Network Solutions, Inc. (the "Registrar") located at 505 Huntmar Park Drive, Herndon, Virginia, 20170, USA. 3.Procedural History On January 24, 2002, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (the "Center") received a copy of the Complaint via email.
