The Respondent is Parabellum Design Studio, of Uganda UG2001, Uganda, represented by Vadim Glik, MI 48390, United States of America. 2. The Domain Name and Registrar The disputed domain name is . The Registrar is Dotster, Inc. of 11807 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1100, Vancouver, WA 98682, United States of America. 3. Procedural History The Complaint was filed with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (the "Center") on November 7, 2002. On November 7, 2002, the Center transmitted by email to Dotster.com a request for registrar verification in connection with the domain name at issue. On November 8, 2002, Dotster.com transmitted by email to the Center its verification response confirming that the Respondent is listed as the registrant and providing the contact details for the administrative, billing, and technical contact. In response to the notification of November 14, 2002, by the Center that the Complaint was administratively deficient, the Complainant filed an amendment to the Complaint on November 15, 2002, (e-mail) and November 19, 2002, (hard copy).
